Carry-In Support:	$90 per hour*
Telephone Support:	$90 per hour
Rush (Priority) Service:	$20 additional per hour
After-Hours Support:	$169 per hour*
Equipment Pickup:	$20
One-on-one Training:	$90 per hour*
	*one hour minimum.
On-Site and Carry-In Support: Please allow 2 working days for service. Rush (Priority) service is available for an additional $20 per hour.	After-hours support: 90 minute response time. After 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday), before 8:00 am (Monday - Friday) and anytime on Saturday or Sunday and any federal holiday.
